Lofty

Use your Lofty records for the next call

We set up Queva around the Lofty records and actions your account can access.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Once Lofty is connected, who needs a call today?
Queva: Jordan has a showing question in the latest note. Casey has a task due this afternoon. Here is a short call list with the reason beside each name.

What we read and what we can add

Lofty documents access to leads, activity, notes, and tasks. With a working Queva connection, we can use those records for a morning list and individual follow-up drafts. A draft starts with the latest question or promise. We identify missing information instead of filling it in from a guess.

Lofty also documents creating leads, adding notes, and managing tasks. We set up the needed actions for your account before using them. Adding a contact, saving a call note, and setting a task are separate jobs. Public documentation describes what Lofty supports; it does not establish that your Queva connection is live.

Set up Lofty in plain steps

First, choose the Lofty account and agent records we should work with. Next, connect that account using the sign-in or API access available for your setup. We check which records it can read and which actions it can perform.

Then we test a known contact and compare the returned details with Lofty. For writing, we add a test note and task and check that they appear on the intended record. We confirm the contact-creation route too. Start using a daily recipe after its reads and writes have been checked.

Three recipes to start with

Morning list: ask for tasks due today and leads with an unanswered question. We prepare a short list with each name, owner, and reason to call. Use it before the first appointment.

Follow-up draft: name one lead and ask for a reply based on the last note. We prepare the text for the brokerage’s sending process. Check current listing details before using it.

After-call update: send the person’s name, call notes, and agreed next date. We match the existing contact, save the note, and add the task where configured. Create a new contact only when there is no match; pause on uncertain matches.

Bring one familiar lead to the setup conversation. We can use it to show the difference between a prepared draft and a change saved in Lofty. See our open-house sign-in guide for another contact-entry job.
