Custom setup is $125 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. We agree on the scope before starting.

Every day, 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, and we reply within two support hours. Every plan includes support: help when something is not working, answers to your questions, and fixes at no charge for anything we set up that breaks. Managed adds 1 hour of human support a month and Full Service 2 hours, as 15-minute credits, each for one fix, change or question handled by a person. On Care, individual hours are $175 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($43.75). Extra time beyond the included hours on Managed or Full Service is $125 an hour ($31.25 per 15 minutes).

No. Cold email is an optional add-on module, set up in your own Instantly account, and we agree on its price before you start. It is not part of any plan.

Plans start at $99 a month. Care is $99 a month, Managed $199 and Full Service $349, and AI use and support are included in each. Managed adds 1 hour of human support a month; Full Service adds 2 hours, a larger AI allowance, cybersecurity monitoring and deep access for our team, with a signed waiver. Your monthly usage allowance is agreed before you start, and there is no five-hour cap. See plans and pricing.

Beta users have no usage limits for the first 30 days. After 30 days, your agreed monthly allowance applies.

These are animated conversations using fictional records. Imports, tasks, drafts and schedules are computed in this page’s memory. No accounts are connected and no messages are sent. Scheduled runs are simulated and stop when the page closes. Each new conversation begins with fresh records.

We review the specific apps and actions you need during setup. Optional connections require setup; Google Workspace and mailbox routes require a setup review. The current Calendar connector reads calendar events. It does not add or change events.
