How setup works
Agent Lead Engine puts AI to work across the tools you use, with setup and ongoing support.
Plans start at $99 a month, with AI use and support included: Care $99, Managed $199 and Full Service $349. We agree on your connections and monthly allowance before you begin.
Every plan includes support: help when something is not working, answers to your questions, and fixes at no charge for anything we set up that breaks. Managed adds 1 hour of human support a month, as four 15-minute credits, and Full Service adds 2 hours, as eight credits. Each credit covers one 15-minute fix, change or question handled by a person. Support is open every day, 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, and we reply within two support hours. On Care, individual hours are $175 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($43.75). Extra time beyond the included hours on Managed or Full Service is $125 an hour ($31.25 per 15 minutes).
