GoHighLevel

Bring the day’s GoHighLevel work into one list

We start with contacts, due tasks, and open conversations in the GoHighLevel account you connect.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Prepare a morning list and a follow-up draft for Jordan’s rental inquiry.
Queva: Jordan asked about Thursday’s showing. Draft: Hi Jordan, the showing at 18 Pine is Thursday at 5 pm. Does that time still work?

Morning list and follow-up drafts

We use the contacts, notes, tasks, and conversation history available through your configured connection. Ask Queva for today’s calls with the reason beside each name. For a follow-up draft, choose one contact and the question you need to answer. We use the latest available details and flag missing information.

With the relevant actions enabled, we can add contacts, save notes, and create tasks. Match an existing person before adding anyone. We check the saved update in GoHighLevel during setup. Message delivery also needs the appropriate account setup and your brokerage’s contact process. Preparing a draft does not send it.

Use recorded lost reasons

Ask for a summary of lost opportunities and the reasons recorded on them. GoHighLevel provides lost-reason features. We keep missing reasons marked as missing. A quiet conversation is not evidence of why someone stopped looking. Use the summary to find records that need a clearer note, without inventing an explanation.

Send a lease from a saved template

GoHighLevel documents creating and sending a document from a saved template. Once that action is connected and tested, ask Queva to send the prepared lease for e-signature. Use a lease template supplied by the responsible professional, with its fields and signature places already set up.

We need the correct account, saved template, sender, and recipient contact. Check the unit, rent, dates, recipient details, and completed fields before sending. Missing lease terms go back to the responsible professional. A sent document still needs signatures; delivery alone does not mean the lease is signed.

Connect the account first

Choose the GoHighLevel sub-account and connect it with the access needed for these jobs. We test reading a known contact, then saving a note and task. For leases, we test the saved-template send with a test recipient and inspect the document. Public API support does not mean your Queva account already has this connection.

Bring one contact and the saved lease template to the setup discussion. Our rentals guide covers the VA handoff and showing replies that come before the paperwork.
