Keep rental inquiries with the right unit

We help your VA turn rental inquiries into replies, showing plans, and a short paperwork list.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Unit 4 has several inquiries. Draft a showing reply for Jordan and list the lease items still missing.
Queva: Draft: Hi Jordan, Unit 4 is available for a showing Thursday at 5 pm. Does that time work? Paperwork: the move-in date still needs confirmation.

Give the VA one current unit sheet

When several people ask about the same rental, the VA needs the same facts for every reply. We start with the unit address, current rent, listed fees, availability, showing windows, and the application link. Queva uses the material you provide to draft answers. We leave missing details as questions for the property manager.

Keep each inquiry attached to the person and unit. After a call, send the renter’s question and the agreed next step. We can prepare a note for the VA and a reminder for the showing. Saving these in your CRM requires a connected account with those actions set up.

Rental follow-up text templates

Fictional examples. Replace the brackets with verified details. Inquiry: “Hi [name], thanks for asking about [unit]. The listed rent is [rent] and availability starts [date]. Would you like the showing times?”

Showing reminder: “Hi [name], we have your showing at [address] for [day] at [time]. Please let us know if you need to change it.” After the visit: “Hi [name], do you have any questions about [unit] or the application steps?”

Paperwork reminder: “Hi [name], we still need [item] for the lease file. Can you send it through [secure link]?” Use the brokerage’s contact and opt-out process before sending. A rental inquiry alone does not establish permission for every later message.

Keep lease paperwork and property facts together

We can list missing fields and signatures from supplied lease paperwork. Use the lease prepared by the responsible professional. Confirm names, unit, rent, dates, and attachments against that file. Questions about terms go back to the property manager or legal adviser.

Describe the unit itself: floor plan, measured space, listed amenities, and available showing times. Use consistent information for inquiries. Keep preferences about who should live there out of the drafts. A wording check can flag a phrase to revise; it does not certify compliance.

For lease delivery from a saved template, see our GoHighLevel guide. We check the account connection and document setup before using that route.
