Start with five habits you can keep

We help new agents make a small daily routine from the contacts, appointments, and files they already have.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Make my morning list from today’s tasks and yesterday’s notes.
Queva: Call Jordan about the showing time. Send Casey the requested property sheet. Ask your coordinator to confirm the date missing from the contract notes.

1. Start with a morning who-to-call list

We start the day with due tasks, replies waiting, and promises from the last conversation. Ask Queva for the name, reason to call, and date beside each item. Begin with the people you already need to answer. A small list is easier to use between appointments than an entire database.

2. Save notes while the conversation is fresh

After a call or showing, send a short note with the person’s name and what they actually said. We turn it into a concise summary with any unanswered question. Keep facts separate from your impressions. Add the next promised action so tomorrow’s list has something specific to work from.

3. Prepare the follow-up you promised

Ask for one draft tied to that conversation. If you promised a property sheet, include the current sheet before drafting the message. We keep the question simple and leave uncertain facts out. Check the recipient, contact permission, and brokerage messaging process before using the draft.

4. Put deadlines beside the source file

Give Queva the relevant document and ask for the date, required item, and page where it appears. Confirm the date with the responsible professional before adding a reminder. A reminder helps you remember an agreed deadline. It does not decide contract terms or replace your coordinator’s work.

5. Keep past-client check-ins personal

As you close your first transactions, keep a dated note of what each client asked you to follow up on. We can prepare a check-in around that request. Start with the actual relationship and a useful question. Avoid inventing a reason to contact someone just because a calendar interval has passed.

We set up these habits around the accounts you use. Reading your CRM or saving notes and tasks needs a working connection and the relevant permissions. Until that is ready, share the specific notes or files for a draft. See the CRM follow-up guide for the daily queue.
