Use information you can share
Only submit information you are authorized to use. Do not enter passwords, private sign-in links, payment card details, bank credentials or sensitive customer records during setup. Use example information when trying sample tools.
Setup recording and privacy
When setup recording is enabled, we save a replay of your setup transcript, answers, choices, interface actions, configuration changes, timings, errors, build progress and short decision summaries so our team can troubleshoot and improve onboarding. We do not retain original voice clips in this replay, record your screen or store private model reasoning. Credential fields and private access links are excluded or redacted.
Access and retention
Setup replays are available to our operators through a restricted review page. The review system keeps them for up to 90 days after their last activity. Operational backups and service providers may have different retention periods. Inputs needed for AI, speech and infrastructure are processed by the providers used to deliver those features.
Samples and paid services
Starter samples explain where they save information and which parts are examples. This acknowledgment does not authorize a purchase, a paid subscription or an outside-account action. Any paid offer needs its own price and purchase agreement.
